About Me
Read MoreAbout Me..
Just a brief bio. I was an Air Force Brat and lived all over.
I was born in Newport News, Virginia and we then moved to North Carolina then Maryland, then Greece and finally England. England is where I met my beautiful wife and I started my own family.
After living in England for an additional 7 yrs We then moved back to Maryland and then moved Winston Salem, North Carolina where we settled and have been here ever since.
I have been a photographer since 2007 taking various types of photos and never settling into one genre...Until 2011 when we lost our dog "Pacy"

Pacy
In 2011 my family and I lost our beloved dog "Pacy"
I was crushed along with my family. It was at that time that I realized I had photos of her, but they were not the type of photos that represented who she was or her personality. I then questioned what I am photographing?
This is what I wrote on Facebook the day we lost her:
We lost our beloved Pacy today. I know she was not the most beautiful dog she actually was kinda scruffy. We loved her with all are heart. She was Loyal, loving and so much more..
This really made me think more about taking photos and what is important an what is not. This picture was actually just taken at the house and casually shot. It now means so much more then it did before.
I have now begun to question what I have been photographing. I believe I should try put more importance on what it will mean to me later as opposed to now.
This photo will mean more to me then any comment or award that anyone could ever give..I feel it really shows the beauty and soul of my beloved Pacy and it will forever be there to remind me of her.. This really what photos are a moment in time standing still forever.
We love you Pacy.forsyth humane societywinston salempet photographerdog photographer
Some of my Photos for the Forsyth Humane Society
A new beginning.....
In April of 2012 I began volunteering with The 'Forsyth Humane Society' photographing the animals. Hoping to aid them in their search for a forever homes.
I enjoyed it so after 8 months photographing over 500 dogs and cats I decided to open my own Pet Photography studio.
I wanted to be able to bring people the joy of having a portrait of their pet not just for them to enjoy on a daily basis ,but to also be a keepsake and a constant reminder of their furry family memberforsyth humane societywinston salempet photographerdog photographer
